Décrit par Legal 500 EMEA comme « exceptionnel », Jeremy a plus de 18 ans d'expérience dans le conseil des clients sur une large gamme de produits de marchés de capitaux, notamment: titres de dette (Eurobonds, MTNs, High Yield, Euro PPs, regulatory capital, secured notes, liability  management); et des titres de capital ou donnant accès au capital; produits dérivés et produits structurés.

En outre, il a développé une pratique bancaire et financière générale axée sur les transactions transfrontalières et notamment dans les pays émergents.

Sur le plan réglementaire, Jeremy conseille régulièrement des institutions financières, des investisseurs et des emprunteurs sur des questions de réglementation financière.

Il parle anglais, français et russe et possède une double qualification en Angleterre et en France.

Auparavant, il a travaillé à Londres et à Moscou. Basé à Paris depuis 2007, il partage désormais son temps entre les bureaux de Paris et de Londres de Stephenson Harwood.
