Assisted with preparing FOB and CIF iron ore sale contract templates.

Assisted with preparing FOB, CIF, CFR and DAT LPG sale contract templates.

ING Bank NV, Singapore Branch v Demise Charterer of the Ship or Vessel “Navig8 Ametrine” [2022] SGHCR 5: Assisted with acting for demise charterers of the "Navig8 Ametrine" in resisting a summary judgment application by a Dutch multinational bank before the Singapore Court arising out of the misdelivery of cargo. Interlocutory judgment was granted, with damages to be assessed.

Assisted with obtaining an interim mandatory injunction before the Singapore High Court on behalf of time charterers against voyage charterers to enforce the terms of a letter of indemnity.

Defended voyage charterers in concurrent arbitral and Rule B attachment proceedings commenced by owners before the LMAA and Houston Court for demurrage claims.
