William specialises in construction and engineering disputes. He has advised employers, contractors, subcontractors, architects and consultants in UK and international projects including commercial, residential, power plants, airports, rail, roads, tunnels, theme parks and waste treatment facilities.

William advises on disputes in relation to payment, defects, delay and disruption. He is experienced in international arbitration (ICC, HKIAC, SIAC and UNCITRAL), domestic arbitrations, litigation, adjudication and ADR. He also advises on risk management and dispute avoidance. 

William has particular experience in the international context, having worked in a leading construction and engineering practice in Hong Kong covering disputes in the Asia-Pacific region. He is also an experienced advocate and has bilingual working ability in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
