Vincent has been admitted to the bar since the end of 2023. He has been a magistrate for 14 years, acting notably as deputy public prosecutor in the Financial National Prosecution Office in Paris (PNF). Within the PNF, he led complex investigations of corruption, complex tax fraud and money laundering cases.

Vincent has also been seconded to the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs where he has been involved in the monitoring of anticorruption state systems by international organizations (Council of Europe, UNODC, OECD, EU) and in judicial cooperation matters. He has been head of the French delegation to the Council of Europe’s Groupe of States against Corruption (GRECO). He has developed an in-depth expertise in the assessment of financial crime matters and in efficiently anticipating criminal risks.
