She has particular responsibilities in relation to: identifying key strategic priorities within the firm, and developing and implementing plans to support their realisation, alongside others;
creating and maintaining strong links between the global partnership, the wider leadership team and the central management team; leading and contributing to various key global initiatives and projects, and; supporting the continued development and activities of the wider leadership team, working closely with the people and talent team, and other functions, to do so.
With more than 17 years’ experience at the firm – much of which was spent leading the global learning and development team – Victoria has an extensive understanding of the business, the people within it and the structures which support it. She is particularly passionate about facilitating success and performance across all areas of the business and in all our people. She is therefore a key proponent of the firm’s focus on ‘high performance’ at every level of the firm.
