Advised a Singapore-based fintech company with a global platform for modern money movement, on the Malaysian law aspects of its acquisition of a Singapore-based alternative payments network platform.

Advised a leading supplier of industrial minerals based in Switzerland in respect of its acquisition of a diversified distributor of ingredients and specialty chemicals in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Advised an American multinational technology company on Malaysian regulatory requirements and general corporate matters.

Advised a KOSDAQ-listed company which is a global leader in manufacturing printed circuit boards and packaging substrate for the semiconductor industry, in obtaining a manufacturing licence for its Malaysian subsidiary to operate a manufacturing facility in Malaysia.

Advised and amended the constitution of several companies incorporated in Malaysia to ensure compliance with the requirements under the Malaysian Companies Act 2016.

Advised on licensing requirements under the purview of the Securities Commission Malaysia.
