Tom is an associate in the banking team. He has worked on a wide range of debt finance transactions including leveraged acquisitions, real estate finance transactions and restructurings. He has experience representing borrowers, lenders and trustees.

Tom has experience representing borrowers and lenders on real estate finance transactions and leveraged acquisitions. A large number of these deals involve a cross-border element. Tom has represented a broad range of clients including UK clearing banks, real estate funds, sponsors and a wide variety of corporates.

Tom has worked on numerous transactions relating to the firm’s corporate trusts practice. He has advised a note trustee on various issues arising from a £443,500,000 sheltered housing securitisation and has helped the holders of administrative roles negotiate the terms of their appointment in documents such as escrow agreements.
