Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Su Wai worked at an international law firm, where she was involved in various high profile telecommunications, banking deals, and other commercial matters in Myanmar. She assisted with the MIC application for one of the four telecommunications operators to enter the Myanmar market and has considerable experience in banking work, including negotiating loan documentation as well as discussing transactions with the Central Bank of Myanmar. At Stephenson Harwood, Su Wai's focus is on foreign direct investment, and she is experienced in applications to the Myanmar Investment Commission and various ministries and governmental authorities.
