The disputes he has resolved relate to some of the highest profile projects around the world, including stadia, malls, airports, schools, hospitals, laboratories, warehouses, universities and quarries. In addition, he has significant experience of infrastructure disputes relating to power plants, rolling stock, ports, roads and mines.
Simon has acted on ICC, LCIA, DIFC – LCIA, DIAC and ADCCAC international arbitrations, involving all major forms of procurement (construction, design and build, EPC).
In addition, he has worked closely with many of the leading technical experts, ensuring that clients are able to call upon the highest quality independent findings when parties seek a successful resolution of construction disputes before courts and tribunals.
