Saurabh has handled a wide variety of asset finance transactions including portfolio sales, operating and finance leases, lease novations and refinancings. He has advised banks, lessors and airlines on various aspects of aircraft financing (including investment grade lending and acquisition finance) and leasing transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

In recent times, Saurabh has advised a French bank on the JOLCO financing of two A350-900 aircraft operated by a Hong Kong based airline, a corporate group on private jet financings and Lion Air Group's aircraft fleet portfolio transfers and restructurings. He has also spent time on secondment to a leading aircraft leasing company where he worked on transactions focussing on the Chinese aircraft leasing market.
