Sam is an associate in the projects and infrastructure team. He has broad experience of working for a range of public and private sector clients and has particular experience in commercial and residential development, life sciences, and renewables.

Sam has experience advising funders, developers, contractors, and major public sector clients on all aspects of non-contentious construction procurement, including in respect of bespoke and standard form contracts such as JCT and NEC, professional appointments, bonds, guarantees, and warranties.

Sam's experience spans construction, planning and highways, allowing him to employ an holistic approach when advising clients. He has also spent time on secondment at Transport for London and acted on the UK's largest ever private real estate transaction, worth £4.7 billion.

Negotiation of forward funding and project agreements across a range of sectors including student accommodation, build-to-rent, and healthcare.
