Rebecca is an associate in the commercial litigation group, acting for a broad range of international and domestic clients on complex and high-profile claims in High Court litigation and international arbitration.

Rebecca has experience acting for corporates, banks, funds, states, other sovereign bodies and ultra-high net worth individuals. She has acted on a range of commercial disputes, with a particular focus on investment, private equity and shareholder disputes, frequently involving a significant international element. Rebecca has also advised on shipbuilding, insurance and high value art disputes.

Rebecca’s experience includes acting for Pakistan in landmark High Court proceedings in relation to a decades-long dispute between Pakistan and India, which was selected by The Lawyer as one of the Top 20 Cases of 2019.
