Acted for Mobeus Equity Partners on its investment in IPV, a leading media asset management software provider that acts for clients such as HBO, NASA, Nintendo and Monster Energy.

Shareholders of Vestra Wealth

Acting on the sale of a 75% stake in wealth management firm Vestra Wealth to LGT, the largest family-owned private banking and asset management group in the world, for £135 million.

Sports Shield Consortium

Acted on the takeover of Bolton Wanderers Football Club and associated joint venture arrangements, as well as the subsequent sale of the consortium’s stake.
