His clients are primarily multinational corporations, including private and listed companies, as well as investment funds. He has extensive experience advising companies on listing, fund raising and delisting in Singapore. Parikhit has advised on some of the most significant public company takeovers in Singapore.
Parikhit was recognised as one of the 70 most influential lawyers aged 40 and under in 2016 by Singapore Business Law Review. In 2017, he was featured in the “Vanguard”, a publication by Indian Corporate Counsel Association as a trusted corporate lawyer.
Parikhit earned an LL.M. in Corporate & Financial Services Law from the National University of Singapore in 2007. He holds an LL.B. First Class from ILS Law College, India.
