Advising on four secured multi-currency loan facilities made to Liberian and Marshall Island corporations forming part of a major Greek shipping group, and including the re-financing of two vessels, following their acquisition by the borrowers from a shipyard and the financing of the delivery instalment under the building contract of another two vessels. The vessels were registered under the Greek and Maltese flags and the facility included a multi-currency option relevant to the vessels' chartering commitments.

Advising on the transfer of its portfolio security of Greek mortgages following the transfer of loan facilities between the bank's different legal entities.
