Omar advises public and private companies, investment and management companies, banks and individuals on a range of tax transactional areas, including real estate, M&A and private equity operations.

He has a significant experience on funds structuring and tax issues relevant for investors and managers.

Omar also specializes in tax audits and litigation. He advises on the prevention of tax disputes, assists and represents his clients for all tax procedures, and routinely leads complex negotiations with the French tax authorities.

Omar teaches tax law at Sciences Po Paris and at the University of Aix-Marseille. He regularly contributes to various publications.
