She has acted on a range of commercial disputes with a focus on financial services litigation, breach of contract and shareholder disputes, often with an international element. Nadine has also advised on white collar and financial investigations.

Acting on behalf of the Claimants in this highly-publicised commodities fraud matter which included obtaining a worldwide freezing order.

Recovery Partners GP Ltd & anor. v Rukhadze & ors. [2018] EWHC 2918 (Comm)

Acted on behalf of the Claimants in their claim for unlawful means conspiracy which was bifurcated and successful in both liability and quantum stages.


Conducted an internal investigation into a large multi-lateral development bank following allegations of bribery and corruption.

Represented a senior-ranking individual in the FCA investigation against one of the many lenders that collapse during the 2008 financial crisis.

Represented an individual being investigated by the FCA for insider trading.
