Monica advises on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters relevant to the financial services industry, where she focuses on providing advice in relation to securities regulatory matters.

Her practice also includes advising on ongoing regulatory and compliance obligations of banks, virtual banks, asset managers, fintech companies, money lenders, money service operators and payment service companies.

Before joining Stephenson Harwood, Monica worked in-house with a HK-listed financial institution, where she assisted in wide-ranging legal and regulatory matters relevant to securities brokerage, futures, securities advisory, corporate finance, asset management, data protection and cross-border collaborations. 

Monica speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She is also qualified in PRC.
