Maria has a joint speciality in both trust litigation and pensions disputes. Maria has strong experience in complex (on shore and offshore) trust litigation, acting for both beneficiaries and trustees. Maria also has experience in complex high value pensions disputes, with particular experience defending high value professional negligence claims brought against advisors.

Maria has experience working on complex pensions litigation matters, including working on high value construction and rectification applications, dealing with complex member communication exercises as Representative Beneficiary, and defending high value professional negligence claims brought against advisors.

Maria also has experience working on trust/probate disputes and acts for trustees and/or beneficiaries (both onshore and offshore) to resolve disputes within the trust or against third parties.
