Marc is part of the Stephenson Harwood’s general banking and capital markets team. He acts on a wide range of banking and finance transactions with a focus on alternative financings and acquisition finance transactions. Marc also regularly advises on bond issues.

Marc holds a Master I’s Degree in Business Law from the University of Rennes I and a Master II’s Degree in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Le Mans.

Before joining Stephenson Harwood in 2022, Marc worked as an in-house legal counsel in the department of major bank dedicated to structured and project finance transactions and did his internships in well-known English and North American law firms.
