Lisha has experience acting for shipowners and P & I Clubs in multi-jurisdictional cases involving cargo claims, charterparty disputes and bill of lading disputes.

She also has experience in advising and acting for clients in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including shareholder, white collar crime and insolvency disputes.

Acting for the owners and/or persons interested in the cargo and the lawful holders of the bill of lading in a bill of lading claim against the demise charterer and carrier for damage to cargo for a sum in excess of US$500,000 arising from condensation on the surface of the cargo.

Advising a charterer on laytime and demurrage charges.
