Lisa has acted for financial institutions and airlines on aircraft financings, purchases, sale and leaseback transactions, leases, lease novations and refinancings. Her deal experience has involved a number of jurisdictions across Asia, Europe and North America. Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Lisa’s work focussed on derivatives and structured products. She has experience in advising sell-side and buy-side clients on a range of products across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, interest rates and commodities.

Lisa continues to advise on these matters at Stephenson Harwood and, in particular, she is well-placed to advise on the hedging aspects of financing transactions.
