Laurence co-heads the aviation finance practice in Paris. He has almost 20 years of advisory and litigation expertise in aircraft finance and commercial aviation.

Laurence advises airlines on all structured finance matters, from LOI stage to financing, covering debt, JOLCOs, specialist sale agreements and tax structuring. On the operating side, he is a specialist aircraft lease negotiator. He advises lessors on aircraft purchase, leasing and aircraft portfolio securitisation, and lenders – in particular in the event of operator insolvency – on security issues and asset recovery. He also advises clients on the commercial contracts surrounding aircraft operation. 

Laurence is a solicitor of the courts of England and Wales, a solicitor admitted by the Law Society of Ireland, and is admitted to practise at the Paris bar. He lectures at Trinity College Dublin’s Master of Laws aviation modules.
