Kim has experience in private and public company acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, fundraising rounds and secondary offerings.

Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Kim trained and practiced at a top tier Singapore law firm, where she advised clients on M&A and capital markets transactions in Singapore and Southeast Asia across a range of industries (including real estate, healthcare, and technology).
