Acted for three Singapore banks in respect of the re-profiling of all bilateral loans and a club facility of relevant entities within the group of a Singapore-listed marine service entity, and the granting of various facilities and/or equivalent debt moratoriums in relation to the group’s ship-building, ship-repair and conversion projects.

Pre- and post-delivery financing

Acted for a Japanese bank in its US$35 million term loan financing of six vessels under various flags by six subsidiary companies.

Vessel construction financing

Acted for the borrower in its US$50.8 million secured term loan facility from a Taiwanese Bank for the part financing of a Singapore flagged vessel.

Post-delivery financing

Acted for a Taiwanese Bank in its US$15.8 million secured term loan facility for the part financing of three Singapore flagged vessels.

Dual currency facility

Acted for a Chinese bank in its US$290 million dual currency syndicated loan facility to a Hong Kong entity providing one of the largest chauffeured car service in China.

Loan transfer

Acted for a Chinese bank in its US$150 million term loan, and the transfer of part of its participation in a syndicated loan arrangement incorporating standard APLMA conditions.

General secured financing

Acted for a Chinese bank in its US$100 million and US$200 million secured term loan facilities to an Australian mining company.
