Karen specialises in commercial litigation matters, such as shareholders’ disputes, listed companies, and commercial contracts. She also has experience in competition law matters, including advising on contracts from competition law perspective, and dealing with the Competition Commission.

Karen was trained in Stephenson Harwood. During her training contract, Karen has not only worked in the litigation department, but has also seated at our corporate departments (both Hong Kong and London) and the finance department, familiarising herself with commercial issues such as listing rules compliance.
