Kamarya is an associate in Stephenson Harwood’s banking and finance team in the Paris office of Stephenson Harwood.

Kamarya has experience advising both borrowers and lenders on cross-border transactions, including M&A, real estate, project and asset finance deals, under French and English laws. She holds Master’s degrees in International Business Law and in English and North-American Business Law from Sorbonne University. Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Kamarya worked in government entities and international law firms in Paris. She qualified as a lawyer (Avocat à la Cour) in 2021 and is admitted to the Paris Bar.
