Jonathan is an associate in our commercial, technology and data protection team with significant experience in data protection, general commercial law and IT transactions and emerging technologies.

Jonathan has worked on a wide range of general commercial contracts including manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, and agency agreements. These have been across a range of sectors including key life sciences clients of the firm.

He has significant data protection experience, having spent three years working at the UK data protection authority (ICO) across a range of departments. He advises clients on a wide range of data protection issues including developing landmark, industry-leading codes of conduct, complex international transfers concerns and the strategic review of complex data processing by global organisations.

He also has experience with a range of IT contracts including major IT outsourcing projects and digital transformation projects.
