Jonathan's recent transactional experience includes acting for: Tristan Capital Partners on the acquisition of a high profile office building in central London; Schroder UK Real Estate Fund on the sale of King's Mall Shopping Centre, in Hammersmith, to IKEA; CLS Group on the sale of Future Climate Info to Dye & Durham Corporation; 3 Step IT on its strategic partnership with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions to create a leading integrated IT leasing business across various European jurisdictions; and Trafalgar Entertainment Group on its acquisition of a portfolio of regional theatres across the UK.

Frasers Property
Advising Frasers Property on its acquisition of Lakeshore, a business park near Heathrow, from Evans Randall for £135 million.

Advising LaSalle Investment Management on the £260 million acquisition (on behalf of the Alaska Permanent Fund)  of the Bromley shopping centre from intu Plc and its co-investor Aviva, via a corporate investment structure.
