As regional head of human resources and learning and development in Asia, Jody works closely with the partners as well as with the regional and global leadership and HR teams to deliver and drive the human resources, and talent management priorities and initiatives across the region.

Jody is based in Singapore and travels across the region to work with our partners and staff to lead 'best practice' human resources initiatives, career development, and people and culture related projects.

Jody previously led the people function for Withersworldwide LLP across Asia, where she in parallel to her human resources responsibilities, supported the partnership through a significant period of growth and cultural change. Her other roles include human resources management at Allen & Overy (Australia and Hong Kong), as well as at Australian firms Gilbert + Tobin, and Mallesons Stephen Jacques (now King & Wood Mallesons).

She is an expert in policies, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, recruitment, and employee relations. Jody is passionate in working alongside inclusive teams that reflect the rich diversity of culture across Asia, and bring success and innovation to the firm.
