Jodie has advised clients in relation to UK High Court, IPEC, UKIPO, OHIM and CJEU proceedings, as well as in the Australian High Court, Federal Court, Supreme Court and Copyright Tribunal.

Jodie qualified as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia.

Advising on brand strategy and protection across multiple jurisdictions and in relation to complex international group structures, and centrally coordinating global trade mark enforcement strategies.

Advising and representing licensors and licensees in negotiations and disputes relating to IP licences (including copyright, trade marks, patents, designs and know how).
