Joanna is an associate in the London asset finance group specializing in ship, offshore and superyacht finance. Joanna is a native Greek and is qualified in England and Wales.

Joanna has experience advising leading banks, financial institutions and owners in cross-border finance and refinancing transactions, including debt financings, sale and leaseback transactions, export-credit backed finance transactions and sale and purchases of second-hand vessels.

Joanna is a member of the Stephenson Harwood yacht and superyacht team and regularly advises on non-contentious matters in the sector. Joanna is also a member of the Stephenson Harwood JOLCOs team advising financiers on a number of JOLCO transactions.
