Jo is a managing associate in the commercial litigation department with extensive experience of litigation and arbitration. Her practice is broad encompassing a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes, including that in relation to professional negligence and fine art. Jo also advises as regards UK export control legislation. Clients find her proactive and extremely diligent.

Jo has acted on a range of complex domestic and cross-border dispute for corporates, professional service providers (including auditors and accountancy firms), auction houses, art institutions, airlines, and financial institutions. She has also worked as in house legal counsel for a major UK airline and bank.

She has experience of both High Court litigation and international arbitration before the ICC, LCIA and SCC. She also has experience of alternative dispute resolution procedures, including mediation.
