Jeremy's practice covers capital markets, structured finance and banking. He heads the firm’s debt capital markets practice. Jeremy regularly leads teams of lawyers providing legal and transactional support to clients in the fields of: investment-grade capital markets and banking, including all types of loan facilities and bonds (Eurobonds, private placements, hybrid capital instruments, liability management); non-investment grade financings, including high-yield and developing market structures, with a particular focus on the CIS region and Africa; equity capital markets  including equity-linked instruments and GDRs; structured finance and asset financing.

A substantial part of his practice is devoted to ESG-related matters, particularly green and sustainability-linked financings.

Jeremy also regularly advises on regulatory questions, including English, French and European financial regulation.

Jeremy’s clients include both domestic and international corporates, financial institutions, funds, public entities and investors.

He speaks English, French and Russian, and is dual qualified in England and France.
