Jenna is an associate in the projects and infrastructure team. She specialises in infrastructure work over a wide range of sectors including education, healthcare and waste. Jenna advises on all aspects of a project from procurement and construction to operation and management. 

From a construction perspective, Jenna regularly advises funders, developers and employers on construction projects in retail, high end residential and hotel and leisure industries. She works with standard form construction documents such as JCT, NEC3, NEC4 and IChemE as well as bespoke contracts and appointments.

Jenna also advises public sector bodies and private bidders on public procurement matters. Her work has involved advising public bodies on the Public Contracts Regulations as well as on facilities management projects.

Jenna has spent time on secondment at ENGIE where she primarily advised on public/private services agreements, standard form construction contracts and public procurement.

Advising North London Waste Authority on technical procurement issues and on a series of works contracts (NEC4) in relation to the procurement of a new 70MW energy-for-waste facility.

Circuit of Wales

Advising the sponsor on its £300 million development of an international motor racing circuit and industrial and technology park.

Building Schools for the Future

Advising a local authority on its Building Schools for the Future Programme, negotiating its design and build contracts and ancillary documentation for the regeneration of schools within the borough.

ENGIE

Advising ENGIE on public procurement issues arising out of its acquisitions.

Iona Capital

Advising Iona Capital on a series of biomass Combined Heat and Power biogas projects.

Post Office

Advising the Post Office on a series of projects, contracts and public procurement.

4C Hotel Group

Advising 4C Hotels Group on the re-development of four connected City of London office buildings into a riverfront hotel development and luxury apartments.

Hotel development

Advising a hotel developer on the procurement and drafting of a building contract, professional appointments, novation agreements and collateral warranties for the development of a new hotel.

Residential development

Advising a high net worth individual on significant fit-out works to a luxury apartment in Knightsbridge alongside drafting and negotiating construction documentation such as consultant appointments.

Trenitalia c2c

Advising Trenitalia c2c on a wide variety of construction matters through a client secondment. Advising on station improvement, design and build to demolition works across its station network using JCT and NEC standard forms, bespoke appointments and multi-disciplinary consultant framework agreements. Jenna has also advised specifically on the redevelopment of stations and adjoining land in connection with wider developments at Purfleet and Stanford-le-Hope.

Advising a rail franchisee on a bespoke building contract for use across its station network for its development works.

Currently advising on the procurement and construction of the new energy recovery facility – a contract valued at circa £680 million.

Lightsource Renewable Energy Limited

Advising in relation to the development (including securing planning) of over 30 ground-mounted solar farms exceeding 250MW capacity.

Iona Capital

Advising Iona Capital on a series of biomass Combined Heat and Power biogas projects.

NIBC Bank

Advising NIBC on a series of onshore wind and solar financings.
