Jeannie has experience in advising insolvency practitioners and companies on a range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters. Her other areas of practice include shareholders disputes and employment law matters.
Jeannie is involved in all aspects of commercial litigation including purusing and defending civil claims, enforcement of judgments, seeking injunctive relief and pursuing tracing claims.
Jeannie received her Bachelor of Business Administration (Law), LLB and PCLL at the University of Hong Kong. She joined Stephenson Harwood (Hong Kong) as a trainee solicitor in 2012. She was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2014.
Along with English, Jeannie is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
