Ivan works closely with Alex Davis and advises the London Market on large and complex losses. He has acted on a variety of contentious matters, with a particular emphasis on disputes arising from H&M and War and MII policies. Ivan has advised both international and domestic clients in High Court litigation and arbitration proceedings (LMAA, LCIA, ARIAS, and DIFC).
Ivan also has experience of obtaining and/or defending interim injunctions such as freezing and search orders, Norwich Pharmacal relief and third party disclosure orders.
Ivan’s involvement, together with foreign counsel, in matters that are handled in the courts of Chile, Japan and Australia speaks volumes of his international outlook and capabilities.
