Isabelle is an associate in the international arbitration team. In addition to assisting clients with complex commercial and investor-State arbitrations, she also has significant experience in English court litigation.
  • Profile
  • Services

Isabelle has represented States, State-owned entities, and large multinational companies in international arbitrations conducted under the auspices of the ICC, ICSID, LCIA, and LMAA to name a few. She has also assisted clients in English High Court proceedings, particularly in relation to obtaining interim injunctions and the enforcement of arbitral awards.

Isabelle's practice often involves jurisdictions across the African continent and the Middle East. Indeed, during her time on secondment to Stephenson Harwood's Dubai office, Isabelle advised on various transactions subject to the rules of the major arbitral institutions in the UAE and the Middle East more broadly.

Her particular interest in investment treaty disputes is reflected in the publications she has contributed to, including Volume 19 of the ICSID Reports.

Isabelle is an unregistered barrister and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2019. She was also awarded the Buchanan Prize by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn.
