Advising large institutional investors on the management of retails assets

Advising on all landlord and tenant aspects of managing large regional shopping centres, out of town retail park and industrial estates. Work includes agreement for leases, turnover rent leases, assignments, licences for alterations, surrenders, lease renewals and regearing.

Advising high net worth individuals on the management of commercial properties

Work includes guiding individual landlord's through the Covid 19 Pandemic by obtaining vacant possession from poor performing tenants and reletting.  Frequently advising on pandemic rent clauses and the development of such clauses within the industry.

Advising flexi office space providers on the acquisition and disposal of premises

Work includes the disposal of a portfolio of regional premises and the acquisition of premises for a new entrant to the market. This advice included the acquisition, the form of occupational documents required for the various users and producing a suit of precedent documents for the client to use.

Share and asset purchases and disposals

Assists corporate colleagues on the property elements on share and asset acquisitions and disposals. This includes title reviews, reporting on occupational leases,  input into the purchase agreement and disclosure letter and co-ordinating completions.
