Giovanna specialises in dispute resolution and regulatory work. She advises corporates, institutions and individuals in the commercial, financial, insurance, pharmaceutical, construction and logistics sectors.

With over 30 years of experience, Giovanna has practiced as a solicitor in Hong Kong and in England & Wales separately for over a decade and has handled a broad range of complex disputes, high profile arbitration proceedings and reported cases in both jurisdictions, including a leading reinsurance case.

She is an accredited mediator, a Chartered Arbitrator and a panel arbitrator of Financial Dispute Resolution Centre, SCIA and the Law Society of Hong Kong. She is a “star arbitrator” of Vis East and a committee member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch).

Giovanna regularly lectures on corporate governance, competition law, arbitration, and re-insurance. She is a contributor of the Insurance Section of Bullen & Leake & Jacob's Precedents of Pleadings Hong Kong.
