Georgia is an associate with Stephenson Harwood's Pireaus office. She works with our shipping finance team, acting mainly for banks, financial institutions and shipowning groups advising them on cross border financing transactions. Her scope of work includes syndicated and bilateral loan facility agreements, re-financing of existing facilities and loan restructurings.
