Geon Sik advises financiers, lessors and operators on financing and leasing transactions involving aircraft and ships.

Geon Sik has experience negotiating and implementing a broad range of transaction types and structures, including operating leases, finance leases, JOLCOs, ECA-backed financings, sustainability-linked loans, sale-and-leasebacks, portfolio trades and equity investments. Geon Sik also has experience on advising on restructuring transactions and providing bespoke enforcement analysis.

Geon Sik holds a first class law degree from the London School of Economics and has prior experience working in the Stephenson Harwood offices in Singapore and Hong Kong.
