Gabrielle has a Master of Taxation and eight years' experience as a tax lawyer. She advises clients on their UK tax obligations, particularly with respect to cross-border investments or tax residency and domicile for individuals who are relocating to the UK. Gabrielle has expertise in personal income tax, PAYE, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, duty, residency and domicile.

She also has a wealth of experience in tax disputes and contentious deceased estates. Gabrielle has represented clients in the Australian Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the District Court of Western Australia.
