Elliot has represented a broad range of clients including Owners and Charterers, P&I Clubs and commodity traders under a variety of arbitral rules (LMAA, GAFTA, FOSFA, SIAC and HKIAC) and English High Court proceedings. Elliot has previously spent time on secondment with a global dry-bulk operator to assist its Singapore legal department.

His experience includes, inter alia, charterparty disputes, bill of lading claims, COAs, sanctions, "off-spec" bunkers and international debt enforcement. Elliot also has experience with advising on non-contentions offshore contracts including SUPPLYTIME and HEAVYCON.
