Diane is an associate of our finance team. She specialises in aircraft finance and deals, both under French and English laws, with our international transactional matters.

Her practice focuses on advising primarily airlines, lessors, financial institutions – in particular in the event of operator insolvency –, and owners of corporate jets, on a wide range of asset finance (purchase/sale, financing, structuring) and leasing transactions. She assists with the more sophisticated tax structures such as JOLCOs, title retention agreements and SLBs, as well as with international asset recovery and enforcement proceedings.

Diane holds a Master's degree in International Commercial law from Paris X Nanterre University. She participated in an academic exchange program with the Texas Tech University - Law School.

Diane speaks French and English, and is a member of the Paris Bar.
