Desiree is an associate in the employee incentives team. She works with a wide range of companies, management teams and individual executives, offering practical, commercial advice on all aspects of employee incentives and remuneration matters.

Desiree has experience designing and implementing bespoke approved and unapproved share plans and bonus schemes and guides clients through the legal, regulatory and tax aspects of extending participation in such arrangements.

She works closely with the employment team to advise on appointments, remuneration and terminations of senior executives and supports the corporate team by assisting with the employee incentives aspects of corporate transactions.
