Deniz is responsible for working with each practice group to help ensure that partners and fee earners deliver legal services to clients in an efficient manner and with the most up to date legal knowledge and skills. Her role includes developing precedent documentation and other know-how, legal training and publications. In addition, as a practicing lawyer, she also assists with fee earning matters.

Prior to working in knowledge management, Deniz practiced as a corporate lawyer for over 15 years in New York, California, and Istanbul, Turkey. Her experience includes representing multinational companies from various industries in M&A and joint venture transactions as well as advising clients with respect to capital markets, US securities laws and general corporate law matters.

Deniz is originally from the United States and is admitted to practice law in New York, California and New Jersey.
