Acting for a client in adjudication proceedings in respect of a construction project for a warehouse facility.

Acting for insurance company in respect of a fraudulent insurance scheme involving numerous parties.

Acting for an individual in an action brought against him for wrongful transfer of funds amounting to over US$20 million.

Acting for an international financial institution in a matter involving fraudulent warehouse receipts.

Assisting a general wholesale trader in resisting a freezing order in respect of assets in Singapore.

Advising and representing the middleman in back-to-back charterparties on charterparty disputes and liability arising out of guarantees, including engaging in various interlocutory proceedings and commencing winding up and enforcement proceedings.
