David is an associate within our marine and international trade team and has experience advising London Market and international insurers and reinsurers on a range of marine and energy risks, including liability, hull and machinery, P&I, builders' all risks, construction all risks and energy package policies relating to offshore oil and gas and renewable energy projects.

David also has experience advising and acting for construction and installation contractors in disputes in the oil and gas sector with particular experience on projects in the Middle East.

David has represented clients in numerous internal arbitrations in a range of arbitral forums including LCIA, ICC and LMAA and litigation in the High Court in London.
