Daniel has worked in the finance teams of US and international City firms, in addition to a period as in-house counsel for a boutique alternative asset investment firm.

Daniel's recent experience includes advising an AIM-listed company on its first debt financing transaction, advising a US-based care home fund as lender in relation to the development and forward-purchase of a UK care home portfolio, advising the UK real estate asset manager of a US state fund in relation to the financing aspects of its shopping centre acquisition and advising various debt funds on their participations in existing leveraged and real estate finance transactions.
